Terms and Conditions

Cancellation within 2-7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of total price, unless room/s can be rebooked for total duration.

Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total price, unless room/s can be rebooked for total duration.

The cottage and villa are not suitable for young children. No pets are allowed. Smoking outdoors only.

Important please note:

The cottage and villa facilities are for registered guests only. An additional nights tariff will be charged for persons not booked in who are using our facilities without our permission.

Any damage to linen/property will be charged for.

We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak times. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.
